About Nursing Elites

Built by nurses, for future nurses.

Nursing Elites is an independent practice platform for nursing admission, nursing school, and licensure exams. Students answer original questions, read why each option is right or wrong, and use topic accuracy to choose what to study next.

Nursing Elites publishes original practice for eight exam pathways: ATI TEAS 7, HESI A2, ATI RN, ATI LPN, HESI RN, HESI LPN, NCLEX-PN, and NCLEX-RN. A session is a set of questions for the exam you selected, followed by a rationale you can apply to the next item.

Nursing Elites is not an official ATI, HESI, or NCSBN product. It does not reproduce live exam forms. If a page claims to be a leaked proctored exam or a Quizlet copy, that is not what this platform sells.

Clarity first

Every rationale explains the cue that made one option safer than the others, so the next question starts from understanding rather than a memorized letter.

Built by nurses

Clinical priority, safety, and patient context shape the stem, the options, and the study path. The goal is judgment you can use after the exam.

Independent & honest

Content is original, pricing is listed on the pricing page, and Nursing Elites states plainly that it is not affiliated with ATI, HESI, or NCSBN.

Who it is for

Applicants

Pre-nursing students preparing for ATI TEAS 7 or HESI A2, including reading, math, science, English, anatomy, grammar, and vocabulary.

Nursing students

RN and LPN students preparing for ATI and HESI subject exams, custom exams, and exit exams while they are still in school.

Licensure candidates

Graduates preparing for NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN with clinical judgment items, client-need topics, and timed simulations.

Exams you can practice

Choose the exam you are sitting. Practice stays inside that blueprint instead of mixing admission science with NCLEX management of care.

Admission

School-entry exams that test academic readiness before nursing courses begin.

Licensure

NCLEX practice for candidates preparing to test for a nursing license.

How a question earns its place

A question stays on Nursing Elites when it teaches a decision a nurse or an applicant actually has to make.

Original writing

Items are written for this platform. They are not copied from official booklets, classmate files, or public dump sites.

A rationale for every option

The explanation states why the best answer matches the stem and why each other option fails. That is the part worth rereading.

Tied to the exam you opened

TEAS and HESI A2 sets follow those subject lists. ATI and HESI nursing sets follow school topics. NCLEX sets follow client needs and clinical judgment.

An honest limit

Practice can improve recall and judgment. It cannot promise a score, a seat in a program, or a license.

Our mission

Nursing Elites exists to help applicants and students become careful nurses, not only exam passers. Preparation should respect your time: original questions, a rationale for each option, and a next set based on the topics you miss.
